Located in Doylestown, PA, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health through our Home Delivered Meals program, specifically designed for eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. Our focus is on delivering Medically Tailored Meals created by Registered Dietitians, catering to various medical needs including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize quality by ensuring our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, thus promoting general well-being and addressing specific dietary requirements. For those who qualify under Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, meal delivery availability varies, and assistance is offered through Case Managers or local Area Agencies on Aging. Meanwhile, we also provide options for Medicare Advantage beneficiaries whose plans include meal services, as well as an affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal for individuals seeking the convenience of home-delivered meals without an eligible health plan. Additionally, N4L offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support health and nutrition goals.
