Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential meal services to the residents of Downingtown, PA, through our Home Delivered Meals program. We specialize in delivering Medically Tailored Meals aimed at meeting the unique nutritional needs of clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our thoughtfully prepared meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, cater to various health needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from allergens like dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those who do not qualify for government assistance, we proudly offer a self-pay option at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, enabling individuals and caregivers to enjoy the convenience of home-delivered nutrition. Our commitment extends beyond meals, as we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring holistic support for your health and well-being.
