Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals in Darby, PA, through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We offer nutritious, dietitian-planned meals that cater to the specific health needs of clients covered by Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act, as well as those seeking a self-pay option. Our meals are designed to support health for various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, and are free from common allergens like dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We provide valuable guidance for eligibility and assist clients with accessing meal delivery through their Case Managers or local agencies. For those without coverage, our self-pay program offers customizable, affordable meal options at $7.75 per meal, ensuring everyone can enjoy the benefits of convenient and nutritious dining at home. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to further support our clients' health journeys.
