Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) serves the Coatesville, PA community by providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals aimed at promoting health and well-being for individuals with specific dietary needs. We cater to eligible clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, as well as those seeking self-pay options. Our meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, are designed to meet the nutritional requirements for various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. N4L’s offerings are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork to ensure safety and health for our clients. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, you can confirm meal eligibility through your plan materials. Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients may access our services through their case managers or local agencies. For individuals not covered by government assistance, we offer an affordable self-pay program at just $7.75 per meal. In addition, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health journeys.
