Located in Chester, PA, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals who require nutritional support, including those covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. Our meal programs are carefully designed by Registered Dietitians to address various health needs, accommodating dietary restrictions such as dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork to ensure that our clients receive safe, nourishing meals. We serve those eligible for Medicaid and those under the Older Americans Act, with meal delivery determined by specific state and program guidelines. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries may also find that their plans offer meals as part of their ongoing support after hospital discharge. For those who are not covered by these programs, we also provide a self-pay option at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, giving clients the flexibility to select their meals according to their preferences. In addition, N4L offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, reinforcing our commitment to holistic health and wellbeing.
