Michael Linn, a licensed professional counselor with an M.Ed. and certifications as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), is dedicated to helping individuals find effective solutions to their challenges. With extensive experience assisting adolescents, adults, couples, and families, Michael has successfully addressed a variety of issues, including sexual compulsion, impulse control problems, grief and loss, behavioral issues, anger management, depression, trauma, and anxiety. His sessions are also open to exploring spiritual concerns, with Christian-based therapeutic options available upon request. Michael employs an integrated therapeutic approach, being well-versed in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, attachment theories, and rational emotive therapy. He has specialized training in trauma-informed care, marriage and couples counseling, sexual compulsion treatment, and life coaching. In recognition of his expertise, he obtained certification in treating sexual addictions in 2014.
