Asia Braggs

Asia Braggs is a dedicated pre-licensed professional who has built a strong foundation as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Pennsylvania. With seven years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as depression, trauma, anxiety, behavioral issues, and relationship dynamics, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her practice. Asia obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Nyack College and holds a Master’s Degree in clinical social work from Temple University. Currently, she is working towards her clinical hours to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) while pursuing a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) at Walden University. She employs a person-centered, trauma-focused approach, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strength-based methods. Asia aspires to meet clients where they are in their life journey, helping them explore and identify their goals. She fosters a non-judgmental and compassionate therapeutic environment, understanding that every individual carries a unique story and deserves to be treated with empathy, dignity, and worth.
