Based in Bellefonte, PA, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to empowering individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome and providing vital resources to their families and caregivers. Our Family Support team is here to offer compassionate, accurate information and comprehensive assistance during the challenging journey that follows a diagnosis. We provide essential services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support, alongside guidance for navigating application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
