Tonia Betancourt

Tonia Betancourt is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and therapist who understands the challenges families face in today's world. Recognizing the urgent need for support during difficult times, she specializes in addressing issues such as divorce, loss of a loved one, illness in a family member, school pressures, adolescent conflict, and other family dynamics. With extensive experience working with children ages three through young adulthood, Tonia employs her training as a play therapist to help children and adolescents express their feelings and navigate deep emotions. She offers individual and family therapy sessions to foster growth and positive change within the family unit. Since 1994, Tonia has been committed to treating children, individuals, couples, and families, having received her master's degree from Bryn Mawr College and additional training in family and play therapy. Her expertise includes guiding families through the transitions associated with separation and divorce.
