Aubrey Daam

Aubrey Daam, LPC, is a compassionate and experienced licensed professional counselor who has dedicated over 15 years to supporting individuals facing a variety of challenges. Her expertise encompasses major life transitions, depression, anxiety and panic attacks, self-harmful behaviors, suicidality, as well as experiences of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. Aubrey provides guidance through difficult situations such as divorce, parenting and co-parenting, developmental challenges, grief and loss, and explores themes of spirituality. Working collaboratively with couples and families, she employs a Strengths-based and Emotionally Focused approach, tailoring her methods to foster healing and personal growth.
