Transitional Housing Program

The Transitional Housing Program, located in Ambler, PA, is dedicated to supporting older homeless youth aged 16 to 21 from the Philadelphia area as they move towards independence. Our program offers a comprehensive approach that equips young individuals with essential life skills such as household management, job readiness, nutritious meal preparation, financial budgeting, and effective use of community resources. With a focus on practical, hands-on experiences, we provide long-term housing and continued guidance, ensuring that participants receive the support and encouragement they need to secure stable employment and successfully transition to independent living.
