Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program located in Aliquippa, PA, designed to empower survivors of all cancer diagnoses who have successfully completed treatment. While our primary focus is on individuals who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, we welcome survivors at any stage of their journey. Our comprehensive approach includes nutritional support, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and guidance on medical management, ensuring that every participant receives the holistic care they need to thrive during their survivorship. We are here to support and uplift individuals as they transition into a healthier, empowered future.
