Fern Zeigler, a dedicated Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), believes that trust is the cornerstone of a successful therapeutic relationship. She provides a non-judgmental and nurturing environment in which individuals can feel safe to share their most difficult issues. With a wealth of personal and professional experience, Fern approaches each unique situation with compassion, striving to understand her clients' experiences deeply. Her goal is to assist individuals in recognizing their inherent strengths and accessing their internal wisdom, empowering them to navigate life's challenges effectively. Together, clients and Fern explore paths towards achieving their goals. She views every person she works with as a gift, expressing deep gratitude for the opportunity to support their journey. With extensive experience in providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in various settings, Fern has facilitated individual therapy, marital and family therapy, as well as support groups for spousal caregivers. After dedicating 25 years to Abington Memorial Hospital, Fern founded Inward Bound Counseling in 2022, expanding her ability to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those dealing with relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges.
