Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Woodward, OK, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal assistance for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a welcoming and supportive environment through virtual drop-in group meals, allowing participants to connect and share experiences while consuming nutritious food. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, individuals can find a schedule that works for them. Each session is led by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification. This program is designed to foster recovery and community, but it is important to note that it is not a crisis support service; for immediate assistance, we encourage reaching out to the appropriate emergency resources.
