Meal Support Program

Located in Wilburton, OK, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate, informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a safe, welcoming environment through live virtual drop-in group meals held four times daily, allowing participants to share nourishing meals while receiving the guidance they need. Each session is facilitated by skilled nutrition practitioners who are in training to obtain their CNS certification, ensuring a supportive experience tailored to those on their path to healing. Once enrolled, participants can attend multiple meal support sessions that fit their schedules, reinforcing their commitment to recovery and healthy eating without the pressures of crisis intervention.
