Additionally, we provide specialized clinics for diabetic care. Eligibility for our services extends to individuals of Native American ancestry with a Certified Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card or Cherokee Nation Tribal citizenship, as well as certain non-Native American individuals living within eligible households.
