The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Tecumseh, OK, is dedicated to cultivating a new generation of advocates and educators committed to creating a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Through hands-on training, the Fellowship empowers participants to engage deeply with organic food system education while working alongside community partners to grow and distribute diverse crops, implement innovative health initiatives, and maintain school and community gardens. Our Fellows, selected for a transformative six-month residency at the Allegheny Farm Campus, also participate in a Community Action Year, where they utilize their skills with regional non-profit organizations to enhance food accessibility and promote ecological literacy. By removing financial barriers, we ensure that all aspiring leaders can join our mission of fostering community resilience and supporting healthy food initiatives. Applications are accepted until March each year for the program running from May to October.
