Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Sulphur, OK, is dedicated to providing comprehensive meal support services for individuals over the age of 16 who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed sessions that create a welcoming environment where participants can join live, facilitated virtual group meals. We understand the importance of nutrition in the recovery process, and we host meal support sessions four times daily, allowing individuals to choose from two lunch and two dinner times that fit their schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring that participants receive knowledgeable guidance as they navigate their recovery journey. While we focus on meal support, we want to emphasize that our program does not serve as an urgent care or crisis support option.
