MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Stilwell, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management services tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who have struggled despite participating in our program.
