Lexie Garis

Lexie Garis is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor serving the residents of Stillwater and the nearby areas. With four years in private practice, Lexie has effectively collaborated with individuals, families, and couples, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns such as trauma-related disorders, depression, anxiety, attention-deficit issues, grief, self-esteem challenges, and infidelity. Her approach is inclusive, working with both children aged five and older as well as adults, employing diverse treatment strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client. Lexie values the personal journey of every individual she works with and supports them in navigating their paths in therapy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and has amassed six years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings.
