MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Spencer, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission centers on routinely screening all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, while providing a variety of tailored treatment options that align with their individual needs and goals. Participants can choose from group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, or utilize our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which offers in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer to track their progress independently, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available. Furthermore, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not achieved their weight management goals through the program.
