MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Sand Springs, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and provided with tailored weight management services, adapting to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for personalized weight management or opt for advanced solutions like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if needed. Our program is designed with the understanding that every Veteran’s journey is different, and our dedicated MOVE! Coordinators and VA providers are ready to assist those interested in taking the first step toward a healthier lifestyle.
