The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Pauls Valley, OK, is dedicated to cultivating future leaders in sustainable agriculture and food justice. This transformative program, hosted by the Allegheny Mountain Institute, empowers Fellows through hands-on education that emphasizes social, environmental, and economic equity in the food system. Our tuition-free Fellowship promotes accessibility, allowing participants to engage in organic agriculture while developing skills to teach and advocate for food justice. During their six-month experiential training at Allegheny Farm, selected Fellows learn to grow and distribute diverse crops, implement innovative educational programs, maintain community gardens, and support local farmers markets. Following their training, they embark on a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profits to further apply their knowledge and cultivate healthy food accessibility in their communities. Interested candidates should apply by March for the opportunity to transform their passion for food systems into impactful action.
