Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Noble, OK, empowers individuals to become passionate advocates and educators for a food system built on social, environmental, and economic justice. Sponsored by the Allegheny Mountain Institute, this transformative program provides a unique opportunity for selected Fellows to engage in six months of hands-on training in organic food systems at the Allegheny Farm Campus, followed by a Community Action Year where they put their skills into practice with regional non-profit organizations. This Fellowship emphasizes accessibility, with no tuition fees required, and fosters innovative initiatives such as growing and distributing diverse crops, maintaining community gardens, and promoting food literacy in schools. By cultivating healthy food access and supporting local farmers markets, our Fellows make a tangible impact on their communities while shaping the future of sustainable agriculture.
