Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Miami, OK, is dedicated to training and empowering individuals who are passionate about building a just and sustainable food system. This fellowship offers a hands-on, immersive experience that combines organic food system education with practical community engagement. Participants will cultivate diversified crops on market-style farms, lead educational initiatives that promote health and ecological literacy, and support vital programs such as farmers markets and community gardens. With no tuition fees, the fellowship is designed to be accessible, providing selected Fellows a transformative six-month residency at Allegheny Farm followed by a Community Action Year, where they can apply their knowledge with local non-profits to further enhance food access and justice. Applications are open until March, and the fellowship runs from May to October, inviting dynamic change-makers to join us in crafting a socially and environmentally equitable food landscape.
