Located in Kingfisher, OK, Cancer Transitions is a compassionate and evidence-based program designed for cancer survivors who have successfully completed their treatment. Focusing on individuals within 24 months post-treatment, the program also extends valuable resources to survivors at any stage of their journey. We offer essential nutritional support, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and comprehensive medical management education to empower survivors in their recovery and enhance their quality of life.
