MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Hugo, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with appropriate weight management options tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans who require additional assistance, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
