Health and Wellness Coaching

At Stand Beside Them in Hugo, Oklahoma, our health and wellness coaching program is dedicated to empowering veterans through a compassionate and solution-focused approach. We understand the unique challenges faced by those who have served, and our nonjudgmental coaches are here to support them in navigating both external and internal issues. Through personalized coaching sessions, we address a range of important topics, including nutrition and weight loss, stress management, grief, ADHD, work/family balance, physical fitness, and spiritual well-being. For those facing barriers related to distance or transportation, we offer flexible coaching options via Skype or telephone, ensuring that every veteran has access to the guidance and support they need to thrive.
