Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program

The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Henryetta, OK, is dedicated to empowering individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a supportive, free, and comprehensive 12-month educational journey. This program, available in both English and Spanish, offers six informative e-booklets tailored to guide participants through their management journey, as well as a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community event information.
