Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Guymon, OK, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are in outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals alongside others on a similar journey. With four daily meal support sessions scheduled around lunch and dinner, individuals can participate as their schedules allow, receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners who are advancing toward their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support rather than crisis intervention, we are committed to enhancing recovery through shared experiences and professional mentorship.
