Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Glenpool, OK, is dedicated to training and empowering passionate individuals to advocate for a just and sustainable food system. With a focus on social, environmental, and economic equity, the Fellowship offers a unique experience that blends hands-on organic food system education with community engagement. Selected Fellows engage in a transformative six-month program at the Allegheny Farm Campus where they learn to grow and distribute diversified crops, implement health-focused educational sessions, and foster food and ecological literacy in schools. They also play an active role in supporting farmers markets, developing access to nutritious foods, and mentoring future leaders in food advocacy. By creating meaningful partnerships with regional non-profit organizations during their Community Action Year, our Fellows make a tangible impact on the health and well-being of their communities. Applications are welcomed annually, with a submission deadline in March for this enriching experience that runs from May to October.
