Family Support

Family Support, based in Fort Gibson, OK, is dedicated to assisting individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families by offering accurate information and compassionate guidance at a pivotal time. Our Family Support team provides a wide range of services including nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and assistance with applications and appeals for Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). We also connect families with parent mentoring and resources to help navigate challenges effectively.
