Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Elk City, OK is dedicated to empowering individuals to become advocates and educators for a sustainable food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Our program is designed with accessibility in mind, offering an immersive six-month experiential training at our stunning farm campus, free of tuition fees. During their fellowship, participants engage in hands-on organic food system education, cultivate diverse crops, create community gardens, and lead innovative health education sessions. Our Fellows play a vital role in enhancing food equity through initiatives such as supporting farmers markets and developing distribution channels that increase access to healthy foods. Following their training, Fellows transition into a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profits to implement their knowledge and skills. Applications for this impactful program are accepted until March of each year, with the fellowship running from May to October, providing a unique opportunity to make a difference in local food systems.
