Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in El Reno, OK, is dedicated to empowering individuals to become advocates for a just and sustainable food system. This immersive program sponsors Fellows to receive hands-on training in organic food system education and community engagement. Without any tuition fees, we strive to make our fellowship accessible to all. Participants will engage in vital initiatives, including growing and distributing diverse crops on a market-style farm, facilitating educational workshops on health and nutrition, and enhancing food literacy in schools. They will also contribute to local farmers markets and community gardens, develop access channels for fresh, healthy foods, and participate in coalition activities aimed at strengthening regional food networks. Selected Fellows will spend six months in immersive training at our El Reno campus, followed by a year of practical application in partnership with local non-profits. Prospective applicants should submit their applications by March for the following May to October fellowship experience.
