MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Clinton, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to assess every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services, ensuring a variety of treatment options that align with the individual needs and preferences of our Veterans. We offer diverse care strategies including group sessions, supportive telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, and for Veterans facing continued challenges with weight, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. To take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle, Veterans are encouraged to consult their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to explore enrollment in the program.
