MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Cleveland, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission centers on conducting annual obesity screenings for all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities, ensuring that each individual has access to personalized weight management options that cater to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of support avenues, including group sessions, telephonic lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact as necessary. Additionally, for those who prefer self-management, we offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app. For Veterans who have explored MOVE! yet continue to face challenges with obesity, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
