MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Claremore, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran who visits VA facilities by providing comprehensive obesity screenings, tailored referrals to weight management options, and access to a variety of treatment plans that cater to individual needs and preferences. We offer group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, along with the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who wish to manage their weight independently. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
