Raechel Russo

Raechel Russo, a pre-licensed professional with an MS and credentials as an LMFT-C, understands that life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Raechel also recognizes the frustration that can arise from difficulty setting boundaries or ongoing conflicts in relationships. Raechel utilizes techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her practice.
