Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Bristow, OK, is dedicated to cultivating a new generation of advocates and educators focused on creating a fair and sustainable food system. This transformative program, which does not charge tuition to enhance accessibility, offers Fellows comprehensive organic food system education and hands-on experience over six months at the Allegheny Farm Campus. Participants engage in community projects, including growing and distributing diverse crops, leading educational sessions in innovative health care, maintaining gardens, and promoting food literacy within schools. Additionally, they strengthen local food access by supporting farmers markets and developing direct-to-consumer initiatives. Following their immersive training, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, applying their skills in partnership with regional non-profits to drive meaningful change. Applications are due by March each year, with the program running from May to October.
