Located in Bartlesville, OK, the Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. This comprehensive, free program spans 12 months and offers a wealth of resources to empower participants in managing their condition. Enrollees will receive six informative e-booklets focused on essential topics for diabetes management, along with a monthly e-newsletter providing seasonal tips and valuable resources in both English and Spanish. Participants also have the opportunity to engage with local community events and join our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series by submitting their phone numbers. This interactive session allows participants to communicate directly with American Diabetes Association experts, ask pressing questions, learn about the connection between diabetes and heart health, and receive helpful giveaways designed to enhance their journey towards health and wellness.
