The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Bartlesville, OK, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of advocates for a just food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic sustainability. Our fellowship provides a unique opportunity for individuals to receive hands-on training and education in organic food systems without any tuition fees, ensuring that our program is accessible to all. Participants engage in a transformative six-month residency at our Allegheny Farm Campus, where they learn to grow diversified crops, maintain community and school gardens, support farmers markets, and integrate food and ecological literacy into schools. Following this immersive experience, Fellows enter a Community Action Year, collaborating with local non-profits to implement their newfound skills and knowledge.
