Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Ada, OK, is dedicated to providing accessible and compassionate meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Offering four daily live virtual group meals, this program creates a supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutrition alongside others who understand their journey. Each meal support session is facilitated by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners who are training to achieve their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification. Participants are welcome to attend multiple sessions that fit their schedules, ensuring they receive the care and encouragement needed during their recovery process.
