Scott Bone is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, holding multiple advanced credentials including MA, LPCC, NCC, and CDCA. With a master’s degree in clinical counseling from Northwestern University, he brings a wealth of knowledge and personal insight to his practice, focusing on helping individuals navigate challenges such as depression, trauma and PTSD, and anxiety. Scott’s unique life experiences have paved the way for his mission: to create a safe and supportive environment where personal growth can flourish. With over a decade of experience in corporate America, he transitioned into counseling to provide others with the opportunity for healing that profoundly impacted his own life. Viewing the therapeutic relationship as a partnership, Scott believes in breaking down the client-counselor hierarchy, seeing both as fellow travelers on their distinct journeys. His diverse modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and others, all aimed at fostering self-awareness and facilitating sustainable change. Through his compassionate and culturally-sensitive methods, Scott is dedicated to guiding clients as they step outside their comfort zones and discover paths to purpose, mastery, and autonomy.
