At the Social Center in Uniontown, OH, we proudly offer a welcoming space for adults facing mental health challenges, substance use issues, or feelings of loneliness. Our mission is to foster connections and provide peer support while engaging our members in enjoyable activities that promote well-being. Each day, individuals can access free meals, participate in dynamic groups like 'Healthy Lifestyles' and 'Reality Check,' and benefit from our food pantry services on the third Friday of every month. We empower our members to have a voice in shaping the Center’s activities through regular meetings with staff, ensuring that their needs and interests are front and center. As part of CommQuest’s circle of care, we also facilitate access to essential services, including mental healthcare and addiction recovery support, helping to connect our members with the resources they need to thrive.
