Courtney May is a Clinical Social Work/Therapist with extensive training in EMDR and Internal Family Systems, welcoming new clients in 2024. She creates an environment where individuals can express their authentic selves, knowing they will be genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Courtney takes great pride in entering this sacred space with her clients, guiding them on their journey toward healing. Her specialized training in grief, trauma, and family systems equips her to assist clients in managing daily challenges and fostering healthy relationships. Furthermore, she helps clients uncover the roots of their discomfort, enabling them to address stored pain and grief with empathy and understanding. Courtney’s expertise encompasses a wide array of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, gender issues, codependency, and major life transitions. She employs various therapeutic modalities, such as trauma-focused therapy and positive psychology, to tailor her approach to each client's unique needs.
