Anna Reed

Anna Reed, MSW, LISW, is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist specializing in working with children, teens, and families. She understands that the pressures of childhood and adolescence can be overwhelming, not just for kids but for their parents as well. As a collaborative partner in the change process, she assists individuals and families in navigating the challenges they face. With specific training in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Play Therapy, Anna tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Her experience spans across a wide age range, but she particularly focuses on young children and teens. Anna creates a safe and non-judgmental environment, encouraging clients to express and explore their thoughts and feelings with ease. She believes that a strong therapeutic alliance is vital, taking the time to recognize each client's strengths and gently challenge their areas for growth.
