Based in Sylvania, OH, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and quality of life through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We specialize in providing nutritious meals designed by Registered Dietitians to meet the specific dietary needs of clients with various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are crafted to avoid common allergens, containing no dairy, peanuts, gluten, or pork. N4L serves participants covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, ensuring that meals fit your health benefits. For those who do not qualify for these programs, we offer an affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal, allowing you to select meals tailored to your preferences. In addition, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to support our clients' overall wellness.
