At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Stow, OH, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. Specifically designed for individuals covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and those seeking self-pay options, our meals are meticulously prepared by Registered Dietitians to address the nutritional needs of clients with various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are crafted without dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safety and accommodating dietary restrictions. We welcome both Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, and for those interested in self-pay, we offer an affordable menu at just $7.75 per meal, allowing clients to select their meals and delivery options. In addition, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, formatted to support your health journey.
