Laura Sullivan

Laura Sullivan, a compassionate clinical social worker and therapist, approaches therapy with authenticity and relational depth. She seeks to meet her clients wherever they are on their journey toward exploration and healing, whether they are grappling with trauma, depression, anxiety, daily life stress, or significant life transitions. Laura is passionate about helping individuals heal their inner wounds and fostering compassionate relationships with themselves, as well as healthy interactions with their external environment. She believes that everyone deserves to be truly heard and seen. In her practice, Laura creates a non-judgmental space for clients to explore and share their stories. She recognizes the healing power of the mind-body connection and emphasizes movement as a substantial healing tool. Drawing from her own experiences as a mother, military spouse, and foster parent, Laura enriches the therapeutic relationship with a unique perspective.
