Based in Sandusky, OH, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals in need, ensuring access to nutritious food that supports health and well-being. Our meals, planned by a Registered Dietitian, cater to specific dietary requirements for various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, and are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We serve clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, as well as offering a self-pay option for those without eligible health plans. N4L believes everyone deserves healthy meals delivered with care, making it convenient for clients and their caregivers to select every meal and delivery.
